"We are all visitors to this time, this place.

We are just passing through.

Our purpose here is it observe, to learn, to grow, to love

...and then we return home."

Aboriginal Proverb

WELCOME

I have a deep desire for meaningful connection. I facilitate opportunities for people to connect with themselves, others and the world we share. This sometimes includes horses!

I have spent over a decade studying & refining the art of facilitating trauma informed yoga and meditation classes and retreats to support myself and others to live well. I am now pouring my attention and devotion into dying wise.

Dying wise is centred in community education, grief guidance, using yoga to support the grieving process, end of life planning and an array of other goodness, as unique as the individuals I work with
. As a death doula, I am here to serve families and individuals as they navigate end of life. I see myself as the bridge between clinical and community care. Death to me is sacred and we have an opportunity to treat it as such.

I am in the process of slowing down, simplifying and savoring this precious life. I am on the rebellious mission to reclaim my attention span and explore how
living well, with intention and purpose shapes the process of dying too.

You can find me resting and stretching in the Perth hills, advocating for us all to use our magic w
isely.

I live on unceded Aboriginal land.
I acknowledge the original caretakers of Whadjuk Noongar Boodjar
pay my respects to their ancient & ongoing connection to land, waters & community.
