Sessions may include a mixture of these complimentary therapies: Equine sports massage – we don’t need to be a high performing athlete or from fancy stock to enjoy the relaxation and relief that comes from human touch. Massage can also reduce the chance of injury by keeping muscles hydrated, knot free and healthy. Incorporates massage, myofascial and tissue mobilisation techniques. Red light – also known as photonic therapy – uses light to excite and stimulate cells, promoting healing, pain relief, reducing inflammation and a host of other benefits. Subtle yet powerful healing technique. I use it often on my own bod! Reiki therapy – intentionally channelling the energy around us to clear, replenish and rejuvenate while enhancing the body’s natural healing capabilities. Two horses, same day, same property- $165 Three horses, same day, same property - $230 Four or more, same day, same property - $70 per horse
